"Well the first room was aweful old carpet old bathroom so I went to the front desk and Jan was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room the next day the ac was out and the man at the front desk was rude and grump he was there both nights and real unfriendly nothing like Jan he was great "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grof. The accommodations were great. The attached cafe and restaurant had excellent food and a wonderful homey ambience. The breakfast was amazing. I liked it so much I extended my stay to relax and refresh before traveling home. I had to leave before breakfast on my day of check-out and they prepared a wonderful gourmet to-go meal for me. I’d totally recommend anyone to stay here!"

"worth the price!! A large selection of foods at meals and very tasty. a spacious room. small maintenance problems in the room. I had the impression that the staff was not enthusiastic about providing all the information about the possibilities in the hotel and the thermal pools. In any case, we had a great time"

"I have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. While it is in the heart of the city square it’s not easy to get to via car as most of the roads leading close to the hotel are closed. There are no safes in the room, rooms did not have ironing boards or irons. The comforters barely cover beds. My mom and sister stayed at other hotels in the city and both were far better experiences. Nice quality comforters and pillow."

"Great small resort with excellent swimming pools for adults and kids. Family of five found the detached cabin a great fit. The 3 indoor pools were excellent "
