"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. It turned out I needed a key that should’ve been given to me when I checked in. I also think if you’re there 4 nights as I was that the coffee and water should be replenished. "

The staff were incredibly welcoming and lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable with some nice touches in the shared kitchen. "Stayed with my husband and kids for 2 nights. Not sure what other reviews were talking about as this hotel was fresh, clean, and cute. Perhaps soom rooms are not renovated? Located next to the famous market. Parking down the street. Water xnd tea available in the lobby. Fun decor. No issues though the code based locks were kinda annoying "
