"Something that Hotels.com need to inform customers is that this place do not offer towels, bedding and room cleaning. You can get this at an additional cost (don’t know the price) and for 1200kr they can clean after your visit else you have to clean the area yourself. We had a personal emergency come up and the hotel owner sprung into action to make sure we could handle the situation as smoothly as possible from Sweden. Excellent breakfast included with gluten free options, room was lovely - old touches like stained glass and exposed brick wall but also modern, and the location was two turns away from the tourist hub, so it was quiet. "The hotel is in great location; very near to the center of Visby but very difficult to find if you are not very familiar of Visby. There was no hotel name sign, only the house number. It was noisy during the night because of the music from the restaurants nearby and from the people from the neighbouring hotels or apartments having their parties. The hotel is not advisable for those who have difficulties with stairs since the rooms are in the 2nd floor and no elevators. Very difficult if you have...
