The hotel is used to house refugees, no issues with that other than they are on different floors but were extremely loud above my room. 2. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay."

"Small, local, independent style hotel. The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to...

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. A nice atmosphere and convenient location. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms by the park which was very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. There are plenty of places to relax around the property. It was the perfect way to visit and explore Strasbourg while also getting a château experience. "
