Once I went down to address this issue with the reception manager- we were told that the hotel has overbooked and we would have to stay in that room until the next day. "The entire place is filthy, bad experience. Our luggage was taken by them in a different elevator and we were still in the check in area. Not happy with that move at all. Checkout took us forever, too many questions. "
