"Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants...

Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

Make sure to request for your breakfast coupon before going down to the restaurant. They are independent entities. If you don’t get the coupon, then you will have to pay out of pocket. Also it’s advertised that they offer laundry services but they don’t. "

After working in india for sometime, travelling back and forth staying in conventional hotels - it was nice to stay in an apartment for basically the same price. Awesome location - gated community. They tried to put me in a small room and demanded money for the room at checkout. They showed a expedia voucher for INR 7257 and told me that it was not paid by Expedia. Hotels.com sold the room to me for INR 8878 and took the payment from me."
