"Location is close by popular tourist areas and offers a wealth of dining and shopping options. We were visiting from California and had a stopover in Istanbul. Arrived at the hotel around 10am, and our room was not ready. It would have been nice if they’d offered to call us when it was though. Only very large hand towels—no wash cloths—in bathroom. Difficult to manage.This is a universal area for hotel improvement: provide better toilet tissue."

"We stayed the night before our return trip to the USA. For a hotel by the airport, it was perfect! The beds were comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet too, we opened our window to let some cool air in overnight and really were not disturbed by outside noises. The hotel sits at the edge of a neighborhood and so it's a little tight getting in and out of the hotel by car but we were able to find food nearby for one last dinner in Zagreb and it was delicious. "No complaints. Great stay for a solo traveller. Only thing is its not very near lower town of zagreb. Need to walk for 30 mins. But other than that, alls good"

"The staff were wonderful, we came 2 hours before check-in started and our room was already prepared for us. The staff also offered to look after our luggage on our departure day due to an evening flight. The accommodation itself is super clean, the bed is really comfortable and the whole place in general is very good value for the money you pay. The wider area at large is very central and walkable to many of the sites that you’d want to see, the main square is a 5 minute walk and everything else...
