"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

The smell lingered at our luggage for days after checking out. Bathroom was very small. Hot water ran out before filling up the small bathtub. Heater was powerful, but the floor kept freezing cold.
