"We have stayed here before. The room was ok. We had what we needed. I think charging 2.00 for water in room is nuts it’s not a cheap hotel. The pool is NOT warm so even though they say it’s “heated” it is not. The hot tub was actually working and was hot, most of the jets don’t work but it was okay. This Hilton charged for breakfast which a lot of them give free continental- we ended up going out to eat instead and it was actually cheaper! Although they now give you a pass for the parking garage...

"The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful. Check in was quick. Didn't like the noisy neighbors but that was not the hotels fault. We needed to use the laptops in the lobby for business but they were down. It was a last minute overnight in Worcester. I would stay again. We enjoyed a drink and a meal at the bistro. "
