"I liked the Hyatt Place very much. The hotel and room was clean and presentable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like that it's a short walk from the downtown Riverwalk. My only complaint with my stay is the traffic noise along St. Mary's Street, loud cars with loud music late into the night, but I understand there's not much the hotel can do about that. Overall it was a great stay. "

"Overall it was a good stay for one night. We were charged an early check in fee of $15 because we arrived at 2:30 instead of 3 which seemed silly to me. The shower temperature was mild, not hot enough for me. And there was a weird electrical thing with some if the lights/power only working when the main light was on which made bed time for phones, etc being plugged in a challenge. Otherwise the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt really use any other amenities."

"The area right now in San Antonio is undergoing construction. Even with all the construction in the area, we still had a great time. City walk is a must see, a boat tour or a bus tour is a must do. And for anyone who’s into history, there’s plenty of it."
