The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. "This is a lovely hotel, and our room was beautiful. We loved Grazalema. Our only critique is that we opted to include dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, our dinner was limited to 2 choices of entree, neither of which was appealing to us. Also, the breakfast was not as good as other places we stayed in Spain & Portugal. If I were to stay here again, I would not include the dinner. "

"Lovely hosts, felt like we were at home after a long day of travelling. Elaine and others genuinely want to interact with their guests and treat them like family . Beautifully furnished and equipped. We did enjoy the whirlpool bath after a long journey and an early start. Interaction with everyone including the other guests was fantastic, eclectic languages spoken which myself and Mike could join in with. Fully immersive experience and would love to come again ! "
