"Great place to stay. Staff was excellent and friendly. Small hotel so they know who you are and how to assist. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Rooms were ample size and we had two pooches with us. Couple minute walk to the downtown area and plenty of dining or shopping options. recommend staying here."

"Savignione is a quaint and adorable town 20 minutes by car from Genoa. We spent 4 days here and thoroughly enjoyed the sweet mountain air and the friendliness of the people. Not only Claudia and her husband are wonderful, efficient, friendly, and multilingual, but they also run a tight ship. We felt so at home in this place.The place is a short walk from the town piazza where you can leave/park your car. There is a newly opened pizzeria and Mike’s taverna are great places for dinner. "

"This place is a treasure. My room was fantastic. The staff was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. An incredible value in Italy. That night I went to the piazza where the mineral waters issue forth and enjoyed the night life, speaking with locals in my "rotto Italiano"."

"Nice location if traveling by car. The Pension is near the highway. It doesn't have Air Conditioning but the tall rooms and natural cooling work. Staff is very helpful and friendly which makes your stay very cosy. "

"I got to the train station at 6pm. There were no taxis. I called the hotel. The person who answered spoke Italian only. He gave me a number of a taxi station, which wasn't available. I ended up walking 1h20m in the cold, dark weather, sometimes with no side walks. I think he should've connected me to another employee, who speaks English, and figure out a solution. I didn't imagine there could be such a problem. After that everything was ok, room is spacious, clean, breakfast was decent. But if...

"This was a last minute booking, while driving on a freeway towards Milan, literally an hour before check in. But what a nice surprise! Excellent hotel, spacious restaurant/ bar which was still open at this late hour, and the man at the reception was so nice, and gave us an extra room complimentary, realizing there were 5 of us, and we'd be crowded in 1 room. Has a lift, balcony, free parking, excellent free breakfast. Apparently you can also get full board at their restaurant (we didn't use...
