"Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and close to many shopping and food options. Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars. "

"The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests. In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy.
