Bathroom could've used a Hoover/clean - few dead (and living) creatures in there. We walked to the local town and hired bikes from the hotel to explore further out. Would recommend a hire car as not much to do in the area and cabs are rare and expensive. We drove out for a couple of day trips. "I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. The cottage had a terrible bad smell and there was no internet (Wifi) connection. Breakfast was terrible, instant coffee, only croissants, no proper bread and only one cheese and ham.
