"We arrived about 9:00 pm. There was no any receptionist or room service or maintenance people. Checked in with computer and took the key. No hot water at all. Ice cold water. No people to call. Room was extremely hot. 27 Celsius. There is no AC. We opened the windows. Humidity a lot. Terrible smell of the swamp. Couldn't sleep at all till morning. Still no hot water. When we told to receptionist at 8:00 am about hot water. She said "I will tell them". Ugly people, terrible hotel. David"

"Ideally located within this small village. Staff were very friendly and we were able to park a few hundred yards up the road. The restaurant was lovely and we had a great breakfast. "It is a great location. The rooms are a little worn. My shower had problems with drainage. I asked the staff to fix it and nothing happened. I told them again when I checked out. She said she would have someone loo at it. I prepaid for my reservation on Orbitz but then they charged my credit card when I checked-out. I can't seem to get this resolved and it is very frustrating"
