Der Hotelbetreiber ist schon mit den örtlichen Behörden im Kontakt, um das zu lösen. Die Ursache liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern wurde durch Dritte verursacht, die gegenüber wohnen. "Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"Staying in Bad Steben was a highlight of our trip to Germany. There were 7 of us in 3 rooms - 3 generations and the Villa suited us all exceedingly well. Christina went above and beyond to host us and help us with sightseeing ideas. We spent a day at the thermal spa, another day visiting Bamberg and after we checked out we visited the Museum in Mödlareuth - excellent outdoor and indoor tribute to life behind the Iron curtain.
