However, two other parties were left outside for 15+ minutes, calling on multiple cell phones, yelling in German. The room was clean and efficient, but had minimal comfort items. "Für eine Nacht absolut ok, Automaten Check-In problemlos, allerdings funktionierte die Karte in der Nacht nicht mehr und die Option eine neue Karte zu erstellen funktionierte auch nicht. Dafür hat die Hotline bestens funktioniert, keine lange Wartezeit am Telefon und neue Karte erstellt."
