"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback. "Property is not ideally situated if you do not have your own car. Also under renovations. We had a pleasant stay. Room and bathroom were lovely. Nice and quiet. Exactly what we wanted. "

"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "
