"4th floor rooms have been modernized. Great Breakfast. Old town Udine is about a 10 minute walk away. Train station nearby but never heard any noise. There's a nominal fee for parking in an interior courtyard lot."

"Stopped here while on business many times . Very convenient to udine center and easy access to train station and bus services. No frills hotel. But does what it does well. Could do with some moderate redecorating. But does not stop me from staying there and already planning my next stay in the new year"

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "
