"Savan Resorts is a beautiful hotel thats conveniently located about ten minutes to Savannakhet Airport. When we arrived the staff were attentive and helped us with our bags. We stayed on both sides of the resort which is a casino. The suites were very nice. They have many amenities including a gym, pool, spa, cafe and lots of food options! "This place is basically a hotel room. That’s it. Definitely not a resort. They only serve continental breakfast. No lunch. No dinner. The room didn’t have a closet. They only supplied one towel per person. There was nothing to do as you would expect from a resort. Noisy at night. "

"The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible, they quickly gave me a key to a room even though I arrived before the official check-in time and they were quickly to replace it when the door to the first room wouldn't open, they also cleaned up the replacement room as soon as I arrived.
