"The room is actually very pleasant with attention for your comfort. Fluffy towels and a table to work on. Night lights and a good shower with good pressure hot water. Nicely decorated also. But - a very serious negative thing is the fact that you don't have a window outside, only facing the corridor and the atrium. "We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use."
