"Was a perfect dtay, right at the heart of the city close to the bus station and city center, easy to find and we had a problem with the door code and the staff were very helpful even with the language barrier on both ends was very helpful, nice room and toilet, they clean daily but i believe they forgot to check the toilet since they didnt change the toilet paper and we ran out of and used the shower apart from that perfect "

"サンタンデールに行く途中で宿泊しました。とても親切なマスターは英語も堪能で、親切に見どころやレストラン情報を教えてくれてとてもありがたかったです。部屋も綺麗で家族で泊まるのに十分でした。ディナーはありませんが近所の素晴らしいバルやレストランを紹介してくれます。朝ごはんはパンコントマテとコーヒー、ハモンにチーズととても美味しくいただきました。パレドールに泊まるのもいいですが、当ホテルのようなこじんまりしたホテルもマスターとの距離感が近くて良い思い出になりますね。皆さんも機会があればぜひ泊まってみて下さい。オススメです！"

"Absolutely stunning property in a beautiful medieval town. Our host couldn’t be more accommodating. He took so much time showing us the rooms , area and the views . This town is off the tourist route but so worth a visit ! Come stay here !"

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. "The room and the property were spotless. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever encountered! Clean, spacious and complete bathroom with gel/shampoo. It's not far away from nice places to eat and for a night drink too. Lovely helpful staff that helped us through the check-in process. An overall recommended stay experience."
