"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Check your arrival if coming by train as taxis can be scarce in Brunico. Hotel will pick you up but you'd need to arrive not too late. Buses to ski resorts and cross country skiing very good. Beautiful location. "

Heavy metal band playing very loud with lots of screams. After a long travel day we needed to chill and had to wait until 11 to do so."

"My husband and two young children came here last week and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Family Room. The staff were very accommodating especially to my children. The dinners were amazing. The Wellness Center was great after a long day skiing. The house was so cute. One night they put on an appetizer and gluhwein gathering by the bonfire. Another night was Farmers Dinner where the dinner was prepared with food from the farm. The view is amazing. You do need to drive to the downtown...

We enjoyed the room with modernized bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is also very nice, enough choices to fill up. The only downside is the floor in the room. Probably because it’s been for a long time it squeaks when you walk in the room."

"Amazing hotel, EXCELLENT FOOD, EXCELLENT ROOMS, amazing views, but get ready- lights are off in the lounge before 23:00 so having an after dinner drink seems almost impossible. I wish the lady who was in charge of the bar was more hospitable towards the guests that don’t want to go to bed early. Other than that, the staff was great and super helpful.
