I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"This hotel was not my first choice. It was the only place with accommodation during the period of my visit. Expedia and the hotel web site state check-in is at or after 4:30PM. When we arrived, there was no staff on site. We had to call and wait for people to arrive to check us in. The only time there was "front desk" staff was when someone telephoned for them. "Il posto e' stupendo e lo staff e' eccezionale. Ci si sente coccolati in tutto, con tante piccole e grandi attenzioni che rendono il soggiorno super piacevole, dimenticando per qualche giorno lo stress della citta'. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati, il tutto e' immerso nel verde con una piscina stupenda... ed il ristorante offre una cucina ottima. 10 e lode... e a presto :-)"
