"To say this place was fantastic would be an understatement. The apartment was so new, clean, and beautiful we wished we had stayed another night (we were only passing through from Budapest to Prague). Parking is easily accesible once you send your car registration to the hotel which was tricky for us at first but we managed to find it and get it done. This was a very last minute booking and by far is the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 day European trip. Breakfast was superb as well. "

"Parking became a bit tricky. We were there at the weekend when street parking was free - but it became difficult to find a place close by. Not sure if hotel has parking spaces of it's own. There was a section next to hotel with an open barrier but not sure who this belongs to and reception was now closed so unable to ask."

"One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who spoke perfect English. We had originally booked a room but we were upgraded to an apartment which I recommend. I would have book an apartment if I’d have know how great they are. The view was absolutely amazing, kitchen facilities which we used for all our meals instead of eating out. Very clean and tidy. The apartments are at the very top of the mountain so it’s very peaceful and quite. "

"This was a great property, especially for the price. Super clean and thoughtfully set up for travellers with much storage, places to hang towels and wet clothes, etc. If you are in older traveler or not in good shape, I would avoid the rooms with the loft beds. We had no issues with the steep steps to the bed, but could be hard if you are not physically fit. "

"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

"We stayed in Berta room for 5 nights, which is on the ground floor and right next to the guest area. We could hear when other guests either came in late or left early. "I have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. While it is in the heart of the city square it’s not easy to get to via car as most of the roads leading close to the hotel are closed. There are no safes in the room, rooms did not have ironing boards or irons. The comforters barely cover beds. My mom and sister stayed at other hotels in the city and both were far better experiences. Nice quality comforters and pillow."
