"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

"It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower.. oh lord. the water pressure is so weak and does not allow you to push it past the basic pressure. The design of the tub meant that water spills out if you move out the way. It is very frustrating to experience, as a nice calming shower is a huge...

"Das Haus ist ganz neu, was man an der Sicherheit der mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und der Bar gemerkt hat. Auch es bei manchen Dingen noch Unsicherhieten gab, waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, alles in akzeptabeler Zeit zu erledigen. Lediglich bei der Redchnung gab es Differenzen zwischen dem Rechnungsbetrag und dem Betrag, den ich bei Hotels.com bezahlt habe. Ich habe die Korrektur der Rechnung per Mail angefragt und hoffe, dass die Rechnung noch korrigiert wird. Leider...

"My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while visiting my son who is studying in JKU. We found this hotel to be enjoyable to stay in. It is in a very convenient location in the city centre within a 10 walking distance to the train station and right beside the main tram line. Our room was very clean and the reception staff were friendly. We did not have any food in the hotel. The only negative I could point out is that the rooms did not have any charging points which are essential nowadays....

"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein...
