I wouldn't recommend this for someone without a car. A taxi is a little hard to obtain and costs about 10000w. The buses are infrequent one to two hourly and the last bus comes back around 9pm. "Not in the best part of town, even though it's right by the river. The building is a bit dated, beds are uncomfortable, and the room and building had an odd smell. It's also part guesthouse which was not mentioned in the listing."
