"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"As an older female, and solo traveller, I found The Freddie Mercury Hotel to be very safe indeed. Conveniently located and easily accessibleat the end of the Montreux train station platform. There are shops, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, an Irish Pub, and local bus stop within minutes minutes from the hotel. And also a lift down to the lake area beside the main road. "Succeeded my expectations. Paul and Jessica at the front desk were great. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping which is rare in the US. You can set base here in Interlacken. I did not go to the Mexican restaurant but it was busy and looked fun. Great option for groups of young adults but be mindful of the noise if you’re a solo travel. Thank you again Hotel Blume. "

"Had a great time with friends and children at this hotel. The pool and kids rooms are great. The breakfast was good but would have loved more home made or local options. We had booked a comfort appartement which was the good size for a family of 4. However, in the bedroom, we had 2 separate twin beds for adults (in each corner of the room), which I found a bit odd. Apart from that, the view was stunning! "
