"A beautifully located hotel on the mountainous inlet of Ulsteinvik . Great views , very comfortable and modern . Cosy with candles at night with a large contemporary fire . Rooms immaculate , hot water in the shower with floor heating . "

"The hotel has been recently and fully refurbished inside to a high standard and wax very comfortable. Our only disappointments were the very dark breakfast room and the limited breakfast in which the 'hot' food was at best warm and there was no toaster as it was broken. The WW2 Martin Linge museum just along the road is well worth a visit. A couple of good places to eat in easy walking distance."

"My family stayed 1 night at Alnes Gard during our trip to Norway. We stayed here as a base to see Alesund and so glad we did! This place is a lovely little gem and we had fun exploring the small island. We saw lovely rainbows, experienced a beautiful ocean sunset, and went on a great hike! Would highly recommend this place! "Grei middag, plastikkaktig frokost. Mye mat, men men. Greie rom, men manglet kroker til å henge håndklær og annet til tørk. Flott beliggenhet, og nydelig utsikt fra spisesalen. "
