"We received a very cordial welcome from the owner of the hotel. He was very helpful and available. The breakfast was very nice and abundant. Room with nice balcony and view. The hotel has a strategic position: near to the city centre and also to Plose. "

"The staff was exceptional during our stay (off season right before closing for holiday)… and we found the location just right for walking to trails in the area. Our room was very nice except we had an exceptional small bathroom ( one had to sit on the toilet at an angle or your knees hit the shower wall). Also, it turned cold rainy and snowy while we were there but the fireplace was not lit :( I would recommend this place again! "

"The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming."

"Nice room, small but had everything we needed and we love the renovations they've done. I will say that you can hear everything in the halls or the room next to you, so not necessarily quiet and be mindful as well of your noise level when staying there. But we would definitely stay here again. Great staff and a nice breakfast in the morning."
