"Hotel is classic older property that is well maintained, attractive and well located next to the central plaza. However, it is unheated so that in the colder months the rooms are cold. We were able to switch from an unheated room to one that had a small electric heater which helped. The included breakfast is very good."

"Desde que llegué me recibió Frank de una manera cordial, atenta y hospitalaria. El lugar es muy bonito h cerca del centro, al siguiente día en la mañana cocine y pedí el favor, el cual aceptaron de dejar mis cosas mientras exploró la ciudad un poco, definitivamente volvería aquí, recomendado 100%."

"The hotel in the Expedia listing stated it was 6 minutes by vehicle from the main park. With no traffic it was 15 minutes and with traffic, it was 30 minutes. I chose this hotel thinking it was close to downtown. There were only 8 TV channels and the internet was terrible. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Hotel bien ubicado a la par de los parques del Irtra, pero esperaba mas del hotel por el precio que pague por noche casi los cien dolares por noche sin impuestos. No inc. Desayuno, la habitacion muy basica, sin espejos, dos tablitas por closet, no muy buen aire acond. falta mueble en el baño donde poner los productos personales de higiene, puerta del baño mal ubicada, la internet inestable y lenta. No hay telefono en la habitacion y sin personal que apoye con llevar maletas desde un 3er nivel....
