The room was cleaned daily and the hotel was pristine. The employees were helpful and kind. The big disappointment was the balcony overlooked the parking lot and the pillows were not comfortable. "

"We arrived in Pompei late at night and it was good that this hotel is only 2 minute walk from Pompei train station. It's only a10 minute walk to the southeast Pompeii entrance. Our room looks newly renovated with high ceiling. Rooms looks better in person than the photos. They even helped me book a private shuttle to Positano. "

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 breakfast is included and very fresh and lots of variety. Praiano is in between Amalfi and Positano and nice and quiet. "The best hotel experience on the Amalfi coast. We had such an authentic experience of Italy in little Scala and our hotel was no exception. We were made to feel so welcome by Anna-Maria and everyone working there. They all felt like a family we got to be a part of. The room was intimate with a spacious balcony with incredible mountain views. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade breakfast at the terrace in the mornings with lots of options. "A beautiful hotel! Everyone there went out of their way to help us by finding drivers to pick us up from the train station and drive us to our next location upon departure. The hotel manager gave us great suggestions for dinner and for sightseeing. The hotel decor was beautiful! "
