"The hotel location is great for going around in town. It is within about 15 minutes from all attractions and the train station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Our room was facing the river and it offered a great view in the morning and evening. "Absolutely lovely staff who are very helpful, real cosy and at home feel to the place. No problems at all, room was very clean and was right infront of the train station for our day to Florence too. Walking distance to go everywhere you would want to in Pisa and only about 20/25 mins walk from the airport :) "

"The night manger Oni from Bangladesh was really helpful, friendly and cooperative. The arabic guy in the morning shift wasn’t cooperative at all. He need to learn how to treat guests. Overall, the stay was the amazing. Location of the hotel was just behind Pisa tower"
