"The location was great for the train station although and about a 10 minute walk to the grand canal. The rooms weren’t all that clean and the tv couldn’t be streamed to although it gave that option. The staff weee very helpful and polite."

"I liked the ambiance, the decor and the attractive lobby.Nic was very kind when we arrived a little too early and asked to store our luggage. Some of the room features were a bit worn: the toilet seat slid around and the facet was wobbly. The bathroom window handle was broken and wouldn’t open the window. I thought there should have been some instruction about the electrical. We couldn’t get the fridge to work because we kept turning off the master electrical switch."

"THE ROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. IT HAS 2 GOOD CLOSETS, A LARGE MIRROR, A GOOD DESK AND A SMALL BALCONY. THE BATHROOM WAS ALSO CLEAN, WITH A GOOD BATHROOM. I ONLY MISSED A SMALL REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM. GOOD BREAKFAST, WITH FRUITS AND JUICE OPTIONS."
