"Everything needed for a business hotel stay. It was very basic but clean, the staff were friendly and it was convenient. The only thing that goes against it was the pre arrival information on Hotels.com - the reception is open 24/7 not up until 10.30pm as stated, this caused us a bit of worrying when we took an while to get out of the airport but there wasn’t a problem."

"Brilliant hotel with 24 hour helpdesk which helped as our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel at midnight. The furniture is a bit dated in the room but it was spotlessly clean everyday. A very convenient location 19 min to Bologna Central train and 10 min to the main square and almost all the main attractions . The staff were friendly and checkout is at 11:30 min much is generous. We could also leave our bags at reception in the cupboard after checkout as our flight was in the evening....

"The room was comfortable but walls were scruffy. Everything great apart from rooms needing a refresh, saying that the bed was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. No lift so if you are less able it is worth considering, the amazing lady at reception took my suitcase up for me although I was capable "
