"MISLEADING PHOTOS!! We booked based on good reviews & management photos showing a garden & outdoor seating areas. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality! At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. We closed the adjoining door but there was more cigarette smoke,this time coming from the open door down the hall where there’s a tiny smoking area with seating. The...

"No air conditioing in the lobby, check-in area, restaurant and breakfast area. Mosquilos in the hallways and in the rooms. Once in the room, we closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning. We started at 32C (90F) and after 1 hour the temperature dropped to 30C (86F). The room was small with a bed and a desk and a small bathroom. It would’ve taken another 8 hours to be comfortable. "No parking although promised, restaurant closed on Saturday evening, room like in a youth hostel, but price over hundred US-Dollars. Absolutely disappointing. "

"This hotel was great. The staff were amazingly friendly, and the restaurant on premise was phenomenal. Note it is closed Sunday evenings and all day Monday. There is not much in the walkable area, but there is a grey grocery store/market only steps from the hotel. The pool was also very refreshing. There are only a small amount of rooms here, so the vibe is very quaint and unique. We will definitely be back. "
