"This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Staff could have been more pleasant, there were almost no dining options we could access without a car, and the breakfast was below average compared to what we had at other hotels in Italy."

"Hotel de beira de estrada. Conveniente pra quem só quer dormir ao lado da rodovia. Muito caro pelo que oferece. Janelas não abriam com o quarto numa temperatura de 30 graus, sem poder controlar a temperatura. Café da manhã pobre. Muito caro pelo que oferece."

"I had the best experience here. I had come here with a group 22 years ago at age 13. I had wanted to relive and reminisce being at the castle and my experience was just as it was 22 years later at age 35!! I adored the staff and their attention and care to me as a solo traveling female. I felt like they became more than staff during my time, but friends. They showed me the inside of the room I stayed in with my grandparents as a little girl. It was really special to walk though. I always felt...
