I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. "Simple, modernized hotel. They go any length to make sure youre comfortable. Great customer service. We were leaving too early to enjoy breakfast, so the receptionist packed us up some croissants to grab ob our way out. The beach is a couple minutes away, an easy walk. AC is key controlled (must have key inserted in room for it to be on so if you leave for a bit; your ac will be off while youre gone-- i dont prefer this because its not enjoyable to return to a warm room from a warm outside)....

"After booking a 3 stars hotel we been moved to a 2 stars hotel. No refund on price difference, staff nice and polite. The room was nowhere near renovated as advertised, split beds (very uncomfortable). The included breakfast did not had alternatives except for sweets. usually being a buffet, instead we been served by the kitchen staff. "
