"The Charleston Inn I’m Hendersonville NC is a gem! Our Host Alicia made our stay even more delightful. She upgraded our room to a king with no charge, what a gift! The Inn is conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants 5 minute walk, The house is old warm charm, all your needs are met, The bed was extremely comfortable room was very clean, A nice happy hour from 5-6 with beer, wine, seltzer and snacks perfect for a day of shopping, or exploring the area. Highly recommend this...

"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”. The notebook they referred to was buried in a basket that I had to dig...

"I gave it a good review because the staff was so nice and the place is clean and cute however our bedroom I think it was called Spring room, was not very functional. There was nowhere to sit but on the bed and on one hard old wooden chair. Couldn't get the TV to work said no signal, no matter what we did and there really wasn't many surfaces to put stuff on. The bed was okay but the pillows weren't comfortable so didn't have a very good sleep and at 6:00 something in the morning, a road crew...

"My room was so cozy. An electric fireplace warmed up the room just perfect. The room had a balcony and the area is so quiet. "

"It was great to find a hotel close to Asheville that had water and power. They have a restaurant on site with a great bartender. Food was delicious. The area is still torn up with a bunch of downed trees, but the main building was clean and quiet. Check in was a bit of a hassle but the staff there was quick to help. Will certainly stay there again as I am working the hurricane damages and will be back. "

"I like the location and the beautiful woods outside on the back balcony. However, the decor and furniture look like it came from a museum the 80s. Also, I was unlucky enough to be on the lower unit of the two and had very noisy neighbors, which is not too good with a wooden floor and also a connecting door that I had to put cushions up against deaden their noise. This is not the hotels fault I understand that, but beware if you get a unit that’s on the lower floor of the villas. "
