Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"Seemed slightly less well cared for than last year. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so had to keep the paper on the floor next to the toilet. Toilet attachment to wall was loose, so the bowl wobbled a bit. Shelves in the bedroom were improperly installed and not level, so couldn’t fully use them. "Our first stay at the Tudanca, Miranda de Ebro, did not disappoint. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and went that further mile to assist my husband, who has some walking difficulties. I have seen elsewhere bad reviews, especially concerning the meals, but those reviewers must have mistaken the Tudanca for another hotel, as our meals were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Definitely on our revisit list."
