"No staff on the premises, check in requires a phone call to receive instructions how to retrieve keys from a box with keypad. I had no cell signal not internet access so couldn't call but fortunately the owner appeared and let me in. Internet was down the whole time I was there (only one night) which caused me problems as I had work to do.
