"Nice hotel, but seemed understaffed and under resourced. Check in went well and we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready. But the lounge/bar experience was lacking. I ordered a cocktail off the menu only to be told that they didn’t have Prosecco to make it. I then ordered a dish from their menu and was once again told it wasn’t available. It alll got figured out and they were nice about it. Also a bit of a wait at breakfast as only one person seemed to be working with customers...
