"Hotel luxury solo nel nome ma non nei fatti. All"arrivo nessuno sapeva della mia prenotazione. Il personale, nessuno dei quali parla inglese, mi guardava con aria interrogativa. Poi dopo varie telefonate finalmente la stanza, grande così come il bagno ma senza nessun comfort. Aria condizionata che funziona male, niente wifi, cuscini duri, niente frigo ( utile anzi necessario visto il caldo estremo). Insomma nulla di quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel che si definisce luxury ma che lo è di...

"Horrible place. No wifi. No pool. Wasn’t provided breakfast. Asked for non smoking room which had ash tray in it and cig burns in bed sheets. The reception wouldn’t give me key to door. No soap no toilet paper. Ordered dinner and they gave me bill but then decided to change the price of it due to roti that I asked for plain but they gave me a more expensive one despite me asking for cheapest one. Bunch of crooks and thieves here. No pool like description says "

"This hotel is a scam. We booked via expedia and when we arrived there, the hotel was closed, under construction. We do not get any refunds from expedia or the hotel and have to file a complaint! Don't book this hotel and don't book via Expedia ! No security at all !!!"
