"Absolutely amazing evening meal, a gourmet delight. We had the 'plats' but several mid courses, amuse-bouches etc arrived too and everything was delicious. The room was small though and very little hot shower water in the morning (although tap water was hot). Breakfast was okay but not special."

"Notre réservation par Hotels.com n’avait pas été correctement enregistrée. Heureusement, il restait des chalets disponibles… dans la partie prévue pour les hôtes d’un jour, donc : stationnement loin du chalet. Pas de 4G (ni de wifi, of course). Piscine fermée 4 jours avant la date prévue. Par contre: accueil sympa, excellent couchage et chalet très propre."

"The pictures and description of this place online do not do it justice. We had no idea to expect that we'd drive a rough cobblestone road up the mountain to stay the night in a fairy tale castle, complete with a tower and a truly BREATHTAKING view of the countryside from our tall French windows which opened up to admit a fragrant breeze. "Very characterful place full of twists and turns. Did not find the pool in the basement until we were about to leave. Very helpful owners. Took his van out of the garage to let us park there. Good food. Really tries to explain what the menus were. Bit dated but very pleasant"

"I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to . I said again that I would pay the 70 euros which again he refused so I said I would therefore pay nothing so left without paying. It was a very traumatic...
