"The room was quite small and the room was noisy when the window was open. Overall a convenient location in a sweet town. "

"We booked into this hotel to have just 1 night before our flight home and everything else in Sestriere was fully booked. When we arrived in the afternoon, the man in reception was very rude and said we weren’t in the right place and he hadn’t heard of a hotel Torre. We walked round the town in heavy snowfall and eventually someone in a cafe helped us - took us back to the same place as it was the right hotel. The man was security and the reception staff were on an extended break - with only this...

"The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."

"Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes"

"Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. "

"Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Hostel-style hotel, not worth the star rating

"We booked into this hotel to have just 1 night before our flight home and everything else in Sestriere was fully booked. When we arrived in the afternoon, the man in reception was very rude and said we weren’t in the right place and he hadn’t heard of a hotel Torre. We walked round the town in heavy snowfall and eventually someone in a cafe helped us - took us back to the same place as it was the right hotel. The man was security and the reception staff were on an extended break - with only this man slouched in a chair and not interested in anything. It had the vibe of a cheap hostel for teenage groups…..except at £108/night, it wasn’t that cheap. It was central in the town. "
