"This was a small hotel with a pleasant staff. The room was fine but the elevator was the smallest we had ever seen. Barely room for 2 people and no bags! Twice when we got the elevator it was filled with mops/buckets and cleaning supplies. Apparently the staff transports supplies between floors but no one was to get the materials out!"

"Very clean, nice bar area. Practical from the parking. I did not like : employee was not smiling, She grimaced when I asked if I could have a cup with hot water. Parking is not free. It's very hard to find a space outside so I had to be dropped by my husband to go in the lobby and ask for how to get into parking. Not explained properly in property description"

"What a lovely Logis hotel . Superb grounds to walk around with modern art dotted around the gardens . Food was extremely good . Would recommend this hotel "

"The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...

"The hotel is very good apart from the evening meal which was very poor. Not sure they was chef on the night ate at the hotel, as the food lack flavor. It also was incorrectly described on the menu. The rooms are good, the bed very comfortable and I love the shower in the bathroom."
