"The hotel was old and needed some repairs and upgrades. That being said, I expected some of that considering the age of the hotel and the location five blocks from the heart of the city. The breakfast and tea room was the most charming thing about the hotel. It was bright and very clean. The buttery croissants were especially good. The best I’ve tasted so far in France (Paris included). The staff were exceptional. "

"Staff was welcoming; breakfast buffet was satisfying and convenient although a little pricey. They provided bacon, which made it definitely worth it! Room was really clean and terrace was nice and opened up into a larger area. Old town was within walking distance, but raining a lot so didn't try it. Wifi solid and strong; very quiet. worth a visit!"

"The hotel was very close to the town center, very clean, with extremely friendly staff. The hotel also has a restaurant attached which was wonderful. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Even as two Americans who don’t speak any French, it felt as if we were visiting old friends. Highly recommend staying here"
