"Bonjour, je trouve simplement que c'est pas très adapté pour des gens avec un déambulateur. Beaucoup de petite marche pour entrer ou sortir d'un bâtiment. Par contre, ils ont accepté de me changer de chambre pour être au Rez de Chaussée avec ma maman. L'air climatisée était bruyante mais le monsieur de la maintenance a essayé d'enlever le bruit d'oiseau, il était gentil. l'eau de la piscine était beaucoup trop chaude mais on était en canicule. Et le facial que j'ai payé à ma mère, aucune...

"Very beautiful property in parc de la mauricie. Because its in a parc though there is zero service & the wifi is not great. The only other issue was that i found the water temperature was not hot enough in the shower. Everything else was perfect! Such a quiet place, we didnt have a chance to eat at the restaurant but from what we saw & and smelled, i bet it was delicious! Cottages are small but cozy & the bed was very comfy. The grounds & the views of the river are amazing! We'll definitely go...

"Un très beau lieu, avec un superbe cadre et de belles installations propres et de multiples activités. Belle piscine! Un accès par carte pour entrer dans l'hôtel serait idéal pour ne pas attendre devant les barrières d'accès. Le check- out est trop tôt pour un hôtel de ce niveau, 12h00 serait plus adapté, merci "
