"Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. There was work being carried out on the roof so there was protective boarding inside the lift but this was clearly explained on a sign. The in site parking is a plus, but the access is very narrow via the underground tunnel. And when they say the door closes quickly they mean it! "Second time staying here and it is a nice hotel to stay at with the family if you have a family room as the kids have there own section. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was broken. But the receptionist was nice and gave us a room accross the hall for me and 1 child. While my wife and the other kid stayed in the orginal room until the bed was fixed the next night. Overall is a very nice place to stay while we visit other areas of france/belgium"
