"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

"Very nice easy to find close to downtown-excellent breakfast. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable-just watch out for the door at breakfast going outside it has an extra lip that got me bad,not used to doors that have raised entry otherwise it was great"

"We loved the Peristil which is a friendly, homely hotel where the owner and staff seem to know and like each other and do their best to ensure that guests are made welcome. "The Villa was perfect for two people very clean the hosts were very easy to deal with. There was a lot of restaurants, shopping and tour companies to choose from all within walking distance. Our host went above and beyond to arrange a town car to take us to the airport On a side note do not use taxis in Split they are extremely expensive and not very honest. "
